This is a personal site run by Jaron Phillips. Using it means you are fine with what follows.
Everything on this site — the illustrations, the characters, the bear parts, the logos, the layouts, the writing — is my work and stays mine. You are welcome to look at it, screenshot it, and share a link to it. You may not sell it, pass it off as your own, or feed it into a dataset.
Make as many as you like. Download them, use one as an avatar, print one on a mug for yourself. The bear parts are still my artwork, so a bear you build is for your own personal use — not for resale or for a logo on something you are selling.
If you save a bear to the public gallery, you are asking me to display it publicly, so you are giving me permission to keep showing it on this site. Say the word and I will take it down.
Names and Instagram handles are public. Don't put anything abusive, hateful, sexual, or aimed at a specific person in them, and don't pretend to be somebody else. I can remove anything, or any account, without warning — it's a personal site, not a platform, and I'm not running an appeals process.
Signing in is optional and free. Keep your Google account secure, because anyone who can get into it can get into this. You can ask me to delete your account whenever you want — see Privacy.
This is a side project. It may break, change, or disappear. Things you have saved here could be lost, so keep your own copy of anything you care about. The site is provided as-is, with no warranty of any kind, and I am not liable for anything that follows from using it.
Nothing is sold here yet. When a shop exists, orders, payment, shipping and refunds will be covered by their own terms, added to this page before anything goes on sale.
These terms can change. The date at the top will say when they last did.
I'm in Utah, in the United States, and these terms are governed by Utah law.
